Come tutti i prodotti Miss Broadway che ho avuto modo di provare, è molto pigmentato , perciò con pochissimo prodotto è possibile ottenere da subito un ottimo risultato.

definizione Biologico rispetto a Biodinamico. Le differenze esistono e sono sostanziali ma esiste m olta confu sione sull’argomento e tanti operatori “giocano” su questi dubbi per vendere “fumo”.

A livello c omunitario dal giugno 2007 l’agricoltura bio logica è regolamentata dal Reg. (CE) n˚ 834/2007 che si riferisce alla produzione biologica e all'etichettatura dei prodotti biologici. Per vini biologici si intendono vini che utilizzano uve provenienti da agricoltura biologica, la quale agricoltura biologica fa riferimento all’ecosistema agricolo e mira a sfruttare la naturale fertilità del suolo, a tutelare le biodiversità del territori o in cui agisce, a non far uso di prodotti di sintesi (co mposti non naturali ma frutto di reazioni chimiche) e organismi geneticamente modificati. Nulla è prescritto per quanto riguarda i processi di vinificazione, affinamento e maturazione del vino.
