Although carnival is over, I wanted to show how I am tanned for celebration in Viareggio (was also my birthday, double celebration!).
I'm dressed in a particular way, I created a form ... Simply ... I did a trick NEON !

PS: The inspiration came remembering an old tutorial TheMissRettore (Donald), but also my amicicia Sonia has invented a beautiful with that too! I
more nuanced, I used a few different color e. .. simply the 'I adapted to my style ^ ^.

start coloring the upper eyelid with a white matte pencil (Eye liner H & M, white, 1.95 euro), to better show the colors.
on it, applied neon green (1).
begin immediately with the external v: taken little purple (2) at a time and blend very carefully. In the hollow
, enhances color with a pink neon (3) and a dirty green (4), while the arch eyebrows, use a white matte (5). Colorful
white pencil the first part of the eye, beneath the lower lashes: fade a little over neon yellow (6), and purple (2) (to connect the bottom of the eye the gradient v).
Riga sottilissima di eyeliner nero , senza codina, giusto per delineare lo sguardo, anche nella rima interna (Cream eyeliner e.l.f, black, 4,00 euro), c hili di mascara (Stays on and on and on mascara Essence, 2,49 euro).
Semplice e... carnevalesco :D
