Procedimento
Dopo avere ben pulito i finferli utilizzando uno spazzolino e una spugnetta perfettamente pulita, fateli saltare in una padella con 3 cucchiai di olio,
il prezzemolo, la maggiorana tritata ed il sale. Quando i funghi saranno ben cotti, devono aver perso tutta l'acqua, metteteli nella ciotola dove avete sbattuto le uova con un po' di sale e, dopo avere mescolato bene, versate il tutto in una padella antiaderente greased with a little 'oil.
